Forms for the 2010
Census will be mailed in March. It is important for all households to
return the forms. Information from the forms is used to determine how
hundreds of billions of dollars will be distributed and how you will be
represented in Congress. There is no on-line completion for the form.
It should take about 10 minutes to fill out the form. Federal law
prohibits your information (name, address, phone, and SS number) from being made
public. It is your legal responsibility to complete and return the form.
Strawberry Point city hall will be a Questionnaire Assistance Center if you have questions about filling out the census form.
Please complete your census form, bring your completed Census form to City Hall
to be mailed and receive a FREE “Thank You” gift. You can select from a mug, a
chip clip, a seat cushion, a luggage tag, or a reusable bag.
