| Financial Incentives: Iowa Industrial New Jobs Training Program - A customized, total training program, designed to suit a company's needs and may reimburse up to 50% of the salaries of trainees of new, relocating or expanding industries. Job Training Partnership Act - A federally funded on-the-job training program that is available in addition to the Iowa program. New Jobs Tax Credit - Iowa corporate income tax may be reduced or eliminated by the New Jobs Tax Credit. School-to-Work Program - Starmont promotes our youth to area businesses for available labor. Grants & Loans - Economic development projects which create Iowa jobs may qualify for funding that may be used to purchase land, building, machinery, inventory and equipment.
